BOARD MEETINGS, ANNUAL HOMEOWNERS
MEETINGS AND ACC MEETINGS
Board meetings are held quarterly for the board of directors to conduct the business of the HOA. Annual Homeowners Association meetings are, as the name implies, held annually in April for all members of the HOA to meet, elect board members, and discuss community business in general. Architectural Control Committee (ACC) meetings are held whenever issues arise that require action by the ACC. All members of the Observation Pointe Homeowners Association may attend any meeting.
NOTICE OF MEETINGS
Observation Pointe Annual Homeowners meetings are held in April of each year. Notice of the Annual Homeowners meeting will be mailed to you 14 days in advance of the meeting. There will also be a sign posted at the entrance to Observation Pointe 48 hours in advance of the meeting. Board meetings are held quarterly. A sign will posted at the entrance to Observation Pointe 48 hours in advance of board meetings as well.
