Nestled next to the serene 800-acre J.R. Alford Greenway and the tranquil trails of Lafayette Heritage Trail Park is Observation Pointe, a small, friendly community of neighbors from around the globe. Established in 2007, our residents enjoy close proximity to downtown Tallahassee and shopping of all sorts, as well as the peaceful pastures of the J.R. Alford Greenway, with its 17 miles of multi-use trails, popular with runners, hikers, cyclists and horseback riders. Crossing the newly constructed walking bridge, our residents can access Lafayette Heritage Trail Park, which offers visitors a place to fish, exercise, recreate, bicycle, run, walk or just sit and reflect.
